Hello!
My name is Becca! I am a voice actor from the Midwest United States. I grew up singing, dancing, and acting in local theatre and performing in musicals. I've always been passionate about performance and I have been fortunate enough to have worked in narration for the last four years, most frequently narrating for various medical journals while I pursued my medical degree. I look forward to all the ways in which my skill is yet to grow and all of the characters I have yet to become!
My Story
I grew up in Rural Michigan, living my life surrounded by cornfields and cows. I remember fondly the first time that I picked up my clarinet, and even more-so the time spent playing my first tunes on the back porch, for all of nature to... experience. I was creating the soundtrack to my life, a conglomerate of novice squeaks and common tunes that eventually grew into original compositions. For years I tended my love of music, learning new instruments, and singing in local events and competitions. I sang and narrated through theatre performances, bringing life to various characters throughout the years. Even during my time in college, I combined my knowledge of science and medicine with my love of creating vocal content by narrating medical literature, and my love for public speaking by presenting my research across the country. Even now, my daughter listens intently to the many conjured characters from beloved stories every night. I could not imagine a world for myself that was not intertwined with music, theatre, and story-telling.
