Shipping Policy

After submission of an assignment, with the completion of the, "Narration Request Form," The narrator will email the preliminary recording of the narration to the client within 2 weeks of submission date at the email address provided in the Narration Request Form. The client will then have 2 weeks to request any redo requests of the narrated content. If any redo's are requested, Beck's Reads will send a finalized narration including the requested revisions within 48-72 hours after client submission. Copies of the narration will be maintained by Beck's Reads for 6 months after completion, and may requested by the original client at any point within those 6 months. After 6 months, copies maintained by Beck's Reads will be permanently deleted and further copies will not be able to be provided to the Client at that time.
